Housing Committee

To locate suitable hotel accommodations for the upcoming assembly, to research local attractions for attendees, and to negotiate and determine pricing to ensure an affordable experience for all brothers.

 

Program Committee

To develop the official itinerary and schedule for the assembly, and to actively seek out and coordinate with alumni for their participation and engagement throughout the event.

 

Entertainment Committee

To organize music and plan engaging social events; to foster brotherhood and ensure a memorable experience for all brothers during the assembly.

Fundraising Committee

To conduct outreach initiatives and execute strategies aimed at raising funds to support provincial activities; to establish connections to benefit the fraternity financially.

 

Registration Committee

To manage the check-in process for the assembly, to receive, organize, and distribute lanyards; to ensure all attendees receive their appropriate swag and materials upon arrival.
