“If your why is strong enough, you will figure out the how.” – Bill Walsh
When we set goals based on external motivators like awards, recognition, money, or approval, it is easier for us to lose motivation. Intrinsic motivators, such as personal satisfaction, are key for staying motivated in the long run. Whenever you are struggling to stay motivated to achieve a goal, think back to your personal reasons for setting that goal in the first place; it’ll keep you moving in the right direction. #MotivationalMonday

Good morning SWP!
“Keep your face always toward the sunshine, and the shadows will fall behind you” – Walt Whitman
Don’t let a negative mindset hinder your progress. When you focus on the positive, you’re more likely to have a positive outcome, so put the negative thoughts behind you and keep pressing on.

Good morning SWP!
“If you continuously compete with others you become bitter, but if you continuously compete with yourself you become better.” - Unknown
When you compete with others, you may win the battle, but you’ll lose the war. Apples can’t be compared to oranges, so instead of comparing yourself to others, try to focus on becoming the best version of yourself. #MotivationalMonday

Good morning SWP!
“Your direction is more important than your speed” – Richard L. Evans
Take your time, set your goals, and work to achieve them at your own pace. Slow progress in the right direction is better than speeding to the wrong destination. #MotivationalMonday
