Good morning SWP!
“There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people will not feel insecure around you.” –Marianne Williamson
There is a fine line between humility and downplaying yourself. Avoid minimizing your talents and accomplishments in fear of making others uncomfortable. Acknowledge your strengths but recognize that they don’t make you better than others. #MotivationalMonday

Good morning SWP!
"A ship is safe in harbor, but that's not what ships are for." –William Shedd
Getting out of your comfort zone is key to experiencing new things, broadening your horizons, and taking the risks that help you grow. With the Spring Province Assembly coming up, I encourage you to consider running for a position of the province executive board! In my time on the e-board, I have learned a lot about myself and being leader. If you are considering running for a position, I highly recommend it! I have attached a document which details the duties of each position. Also, feel free to reach out to me or other the other e-board officers with questions. #MotivationalMonday

Good morning SWP!
“When one door closes, another opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the one which has opened for us.” – Alexander Graham Bell
Life does not always happen according to plan, but we must continue to work hard and follow our dreams. Don’t let past disappointments distract you from the opportunities that lie ahead. The route may be different than you anticipated, but you can still make it to the destination. #MotivationalMonday
P.S Congratulations to everyone who matched on Friday and good vibes to everyone continuing in the match process!

There is a lot of fear and uncertainty regarding COVID-19, but I encourage you to stay positive and make the best of the current situation. Take this time to reflect, reorganize and work on things that you need to get done. Also, consider catching up with family and friends via phone and video chat. For those of you taking online classes, enjoy going to class in your pajamas Stay safe everyone!

Good morning Brothers.
From our fellow chaplain Ahmaya Mustafa, I was asked to give our motivational Monday quote. In times like this, a proverb like this should be given such thought.
"When the winds of change blow, some people build walls. Others build windmills."
In our current state of affairs, I have seen a lot of chaos due to corona virus. What makes it worse is that it has affected everyone around us. Its hard to see people in need of basic supplies because people hoard and stock unnecessary, hence building a wall during time of uncertainty. One such event is the shortage of isopropyl alcohol, something that our diabetics need to inject their insulin safely.
I implore you to not build walls, but work together to build windmills to help during this time of need. We as future and current pharmacists can play a key role. Perhaps give a loaner of alcohol pads, ensure patient safety, and educate the masses on how to stay calm and safe.
We beat every other pandemic before, and this is no different. Mankind is stronger if we stand together.
With that in mind, be safe out there!
