I found this quote to be especially fitting for today. You should always work hard towards your goals, but remember there are times where it becomes too much. It’s okay to take a day off and recharge. Remember to take care of yourself.

When it feels like you have been stuck in one place with little to no progress, remember that we all go through life in different speeds. For some everything happens all at once, and for others some things just take time.
So the next time you see all your friends starting their next chapter in life, whether it’s getting married, getting their dream job, or traveling to another country. And it feels like you haven’t achieved anything, keep going and as Confucius said, do not stop. You’ll reach your goal one day and you’ll be glad that you didn’t give up.

September 21st already? I feel like this quote has carried me through the gauntlet of fears, facts, and fiction we have all been experiencing over the past months. So next time when you feel you "just can't" anymore, remember this quote. Challenges will always be there in life. Reflect and react accordingly and know that your brothers will always be there to help you along the way.

Comparison is often the thief of joy. Find what makes you unique and learn to celebrate that. Your uniqueness makes you valuable and great. Life would be pretty boring with too many of the same people. #MotivationalMonday
